Harrison's Blessing

Elisha and I were so happy to have blessed our beautiful baby boy. We did this on July, 26 2009. I performed the blessing with all of our close friends and family members in attendance. It was almost surprising how many people made the trip for our wonderful boy. But then, if you've seen our boy, you understand why.

His amazing outfit was made by Grandma McCullough, using leftover material from Elisha's wedding dress.

Afterward we had everybody over for food at our place. I think Uncle Dean put it best when he said that we had to get a bigger place before we do something like this again. We stuffed over 40 people into our little condo, but we had a great time. Thanks to everybody that came.

Harrison has always been popular with the ladies. This is one of his new friends, Makaylah. The daughter of our friends, Stacy and Dave.

I'm a little worried about the influence that Uncle Jer will have on our son. As you can tell by this picture, so far he hasn't done anything to help me with those worries.

Of course, we had to take advantage of the whole family being present. It's not often that you find this many of us together, and in nice clothes as well. This is Jason's side of the family.

This is Elisha's side of the family.

I guess "five generations" pictures are all the rage, this one has four. I guess Harrison's grandmas are going to have to hang around for another 25 years so we can get the "five."

HOW ADORABLE IS HE!! What a fun time, I always love blessings! And what a great idea to have the blessing outfit made from scraps of your wedding dress, that is a fun tradition! Congrats Elisha, you have a beautiful family!
